The reigning kings of pop punk, All Time Low recently announced that are giving a lucky fan (and a friend) the chance to attending one of the shows on their US Headline ‘Young Renegades’ tour, in aid of J.K Rowling’s charity Lumos.
Most of you will know, I’m no stranger to All Time Low (as you can tell from the numerous concert/album reviews) so when Lumos reached out to me to help them raise awareness of this campaign I was more than willing.
Not only will the lucky fan receive tickets to any show of their choice*, have a meet and greet with the band backstage and watch some of the show from side of stage but they will also be flown out and have their accommodation already taken care of. Sounds amazing right? In order to enter all you have to do is donate $10 to Lumos through this link. The more money you pledge, the higher number of entries you receive, plus special perks if you donate a certain amount (including some pretty awesome merch). This opportunity is open to fans worldwide but see the website for more information.
If you want full details of the prize, you can see the band themselves in the video below, but I want to talk briefly about the charity and the amazing work they do for Children around the world. Lumos‘s main aim is to “reunite, strengthen and support families, so that no child has to grow up in an institution or an orphanage”.
It is estimated that over 8 million children worldwide currently live in orphanages or residential institutions as a result of disability, natural disaster and poverty. These institutions can have a detrimental effect on the lives of these young children and prevents them from excelling to their full potential in life. It is a shocking statistic that 80% of these children living in orphanages actually have a living parent and Lumos works to reunite these children with their parents and supports such families worldwide.

The Lumos charity will receive 80% of the money generated by this campaign, with the proceeds going towards programmes all around the world. If you would like to know more about where the money goes you can find all the information on the Lumos website.
If you want a chance to win this incredible prize whilst helping vulnerable children worldwide, you can do so here.
